meet michelle Chaffardet

Hi, I’m Michelle Chaffardet, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and School Counselor, licensed in Florida, Delaware, and New Jersey. I divide my time between my private practice and working at the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) level, supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating challenges and fostering growth.

I earned my Master’s degree with honors from Carlos Albizu University in 2015 and am trained in the Gottman Method (Level 2) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. I’m also completed EMDR training to better support clients working through trauma. With certifications as a Youth Mental Health Specialist and Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist, I take a holistic approach, addressing emotional, physical, and social well-being.

Fluent in Spanish and English, I am passionate about creating a safe, culturally sensitive space for healing. My goal is to guide clients toward resilience, stronger relationships, and a life of fulfillment.
